If you would rather prepay your admission, you can do so via our website.
Please read this information regarding advance tickets.
1. Pre-paid admission sales are available until 2:30pm day of show.
2. After your purchase, a confirmation page will appear and you will be emailed your tickets. Print these tickets and bring them with you to the club. If you are unable to print your tickets, you may verify your payment by either presenting the PDF on your smartphone or presenting a photo I.D. Your name will be at the door.
3. There is an additional $2.50 service charge per ticket for pre-paying admission online.
4. Any request for a refund or exchange must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. If you cannot attend, you may contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund, or exchange. If you choose to exchange your ticket, the new ticket offered will be final sale and cannot be exchanged again. There are no exceptions.
In all cases, the $2.50 per ticket service fee is non-refundable.
5. Pre-paid tickets are held ONLY until music begins, then your seats will be released. There are NO refunds for late arrivals.
6. REGARDING GROUPS LARGER THAN 6: If your group is larger than 6 people, we can't promise that you will be seated next to each other. Sorry for the inconvience. More information about our seating policy can be found here.
7. Additionally, if your group is larger than 6 people, a $3 gratuity per person will be added directly to the bill.
8. If for some reason you're unable to successfully process your order, you may call our ticket support line 1-866-432-1577 to purchase tickets by phone.
